The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a great area, near the restaurant and the center. Triple room with balcony was the best. Coffee/tea making facilities, flat-screen television, and a seating area were available here too. The staff was amiable, amicable, and everything was perfect

The room I was offered was nicely decorated and well-appointed with balcony, enjoyed it. There was a good choice of amazing meals. Great breakfast and other services were exceptional.

Rooms were really spacious and clean, felt like a top-notch fancy place. Staff was super nice and helpful, made us feel right at home, cozy atmosphere all around. Ate at their restaurant twice and the food was surprisingly delicious, especially the pizza and daal. 🌟 the rooftop pool and gym were fab for chilling out and we had a blast there, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Only bummer was the pastries at breakfast not being up to par, they could step up their game a bit.

Lots of great options for meals. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the triple room with an electronic key card, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV set. Good location, really close to Food Exchange restaurant. Peaceful area.

Stayed in a modern superior king room with a balcony. the coffee/tea makers and fridge were very convenient. the vibe at the hotel was unique.

The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff were truly outstanding. The vegetarian restaurant was a downside, missing meat dishes and eggs. Despite a noisy wedding beneath our room, the helpful staff quickly relocated us. The gym was fantastic, but service and tour organization needed improvement. Charges for simple services like airport jacket delivery were disappointing. the clean property was comfortable, though slightly hard to locate, and room servicing was inconsistent. The rooftop pool area got unbearably hot. a new property with potential, pleasant staff, and decent food options, although service and logistical aspects could use fine-tuning.

I was impressed with the modern and comfortable rooms at Novotel. the breakfast spread, including Dosa and coconut dips, was delightful. the attentive service during breakfast made my stay memorable. the location is convenient, just a short Tuk-tuk ride from the railway station. I'll recommend this hotel.

the hotel is very modern and comfortable, with a great swimming pool area. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the room was spacious, clean, and had a contemporary design. complimentary tea and snacks in the afternoon were a nice touch, and overall, the experience was top-notch!
